Icertis cofounder Samir Bodas passes away
Samir Bodas, cofounder, and former CEO of enterprise software firm Icertis, has passed away after battling with cancer, the company said on Thursday.
Bodas cofounded the SoftBank-backed Icertis in 2009 with Monish Darda and helped build it into a global player in contract intelligence.
After serving as the CEO of Icertis for more than 15 years, Bodas had transitioned to the role of executive chairman in 2025.
