Google says its first Gemini AI Glasses will launch in 2026

Google on Monday said it will launch the first of its AI-powered smart glasses in 2026, marking the company’s most serious return to wearables since Google Glass. The announcement came alongside a major update to the Android XR ecosystem, as Google detailed new features for the Samsung Galaxy XR headset and unveiled progress on its upcoming AI glasses line.
