Google to offer free Gemini AI access to Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Jio’s subscribers
NEW DELHI: Google has partnered with Reliance Industries’ (RIL) artificial intelligence (AI) arm, Reliance Intelligence, to offer free access to the Google AI Pro plan to selected Reliance Jio users for 18-months, as the companies look to boost the penetration of the innovative technology in India, particularly among the young population.
The plan includes access to Google’s most capable Gemini 2.5 Pro model within the Gemini application, higher limits to generate images with the Nano Banana and the Veo 3.1 models, expanded access to Notebook LM, and 2TB of storage.
