NEW DELHI: State-run telecom carrier Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s revenues increased to reach Rs 5,347 crores in Q2 of FY 2026, and average revenue per user (ARPU) has grown to 12% as compared to Q1, 2026, Minister for Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia Thursday said.
The service provider met 93% of the revenue target set up by the Ministry of Communications, last year.
“We had set a target of Rs 5,740 crores, and we have achieved Rs 5,347 crores. So, we are very close to a bold target that we had set for ourselves based on last year’s huge jump in earnings,” Scindia, adding that BSNL has achieved a 93% revenue run rate vis-a-vis actual target.
