Uber introduces encrypted trip video recording to resolve driver-rider disputes
Ride-hailing platform Uber has introduced an encrypted trip video recording feature to help resolve disputes, while rolling out new safety measures and earning opportunities for its nearly 20 lakh driver partners, a senior company official said on Thursday.
Uber India and South Asia Director for Supply Operations Aditya Kapoor said law enforcement agencies can retrieve the recordings by contacting the company.
