Ericsson demonstrates 5G and AI innovations at India Mobile Congress 2025
Ericsson has reaffirmed its commitment to India’s digital transformation at the India Mobile Congress 2025 (IMC). At the event, the company showcased a range of 5G and AI-powered innovations. It demonstrated how these technologies will enable secure, reliable, and resilient connectivity and are reshaping industries, communities, and public services across the country. India is currently a prominent 5G market globally, marked by rapid network deployment and user adoption. The government has over 360 million 5G subscribers, with networks covering more than 80% of the population. Ericsson stated it continues to partner with communications service providers to deliver high-performing networks and enable enterprises to utilise 5G for increased productivity.
