Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) HR chief has said that the company’s business model can adapt to H-1B Visa changes as the IT services giant is localising the US workforce. He said that the company has significantly reduced its reliance on H-1B visas for its US operations, with only approximately 500 associates currently working in the United States on H-1B visas.

“We have significantly localized our workforce in the US,” said , according to the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer Sudeep Kunnumal during the company’s Q2 earnings call.
