TechD Cybersecurity shares to debut today. Bumper subscription, GMP indicate strong listing

TechD Cybersecurity, better known as TechDefence Labs, is set to list on the NSE SME platform on Monday after delivering one of the most subscribed public issues in recent memory. Ahead of listing, the stock is commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of 109%, suggesting a listing price of 90% per share against the issue price of Rs 193.

While GMPs are unofficial and subject to volatility, the high premium indicates expectations of a blockbuster debut.
