Gaurav Banerjee to serve as MD & CEO of Sony Pictures’ India unit till 2029
Gaurav Banerjee will serve as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Culver Max Entertainment, which operates under the consumer-facing brand Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI), until Aug 2029.
His five-year tenure was ratified by shareholders at the company’s Annual General Meeting on August 25 through a resolution under the Companies Act, 2013. His appointment is effective August, 2024.
