Tejas Networks, ITI Limited bag BSNL order to supply 4G gear for 26,000 sites

NEW DELHI: Homegrown Tejas Networks on Tuesday received a follow-on order from state-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to supply fourth-generation or 4G network equipment for a total of 26,238 sites, at a cost of ₹3,033-crore as part of the telco’s next-generation commercial foray.

“The overall 4G gear supply order stands at 26, 238 sites that includes 7,100 4G Saturation programme sites, valued at ₹3,033-crores,” a source privy to the development told ETTelecom.
