YouTube reportedly rolls out Android Auto support, but with limited features
Google is reportedly rolling out YouTube support on Android Auto, bringing limited functionality of the video platform to car screens. First spotted by u/IGameShit on Reddit, the update allows users to control YouTube playback directly from the vehicle interface. However, the feature comes with strict limitations due to safety rules that restrict visual distractions while driving. As a result, YouTube on Android Auto does not work like the regular mobile app. It must be noted that there is no official confirmation or announcement about the feature roll out. Thus, the said information must be viewed with caution.
