Optiemus Infracom board approves investment of ₹156 crore in unit Optiemus Electronics

NEW DELHI: Optiemus Infracom’s board of directors has approved investments of ₹156 crore and ₹40 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Optiemus Electronics (OEL) and GDN Enterprises, respectively, by way of acquisition of additional equity shares.

Opetimus will acquire 50 lakh equity shares having a face value of ₹10 each, at ₹312 each, including a premium of ₹302 each, in total consideration of ₹156 crore, offered by OEL, on a right basis, according to a regulatory filing.
