AMD teams up with TCS to deploy AI data centre technology in India market

Advanced Micro Devices Inc is partnering with Tata Consultancy Services to deploy the US chip maker’s latest AI data centre technology in India, challenging Nvidia in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets.

AMD will offer its Helios data centre blueprint and will work with TCS to support up to 200 megawatts of AI infrastructure capacity in India.

The announcement coincided with the AI Impact Summit, where AMD’s chief executive officer Lisa Su is scheduled to appear this week.
