H-1B visa filings show Nvidia’s US salaries, CEO Jensen Huang says he personally reviews everybody’s compensation
In financial year 2025-26 Nvidia which is the leading AI chip maker in the world recieved nearly 1900 certified H-1B applications. These applications were covering roles like software engineers, research scientist and product managers. Although the on-paper workforce of the company remains small at around 36,000, the rapid growth of the company has accelerated the stock pice of the company. Interestingly a new report suggests this growth tricks down to employees especially H-1B ones in salaries.
According to Business insider the newly available H-1B visa fillings offer a rare glimpse into how much Nvidia pays its US employees across critical roles.
