Indian students and workers seeking to study and work in the US are finding themselves in a tight spot. The Trump administration’s crackdown on legal nonimmigration routes such as F-1 study visas for students and H-1B visas for workers has raised concerns among many Indian students, parents, and talented workers.
Queries for the Minister of State in the Ministry of External Affairs on the reduction of US visas for Indians were raised in the ongoing Lok Sabha session as an unstarred question.
