SEMICON India 2025: The future of chips is being shaped in India, says Ashwini Vaishnaw; shares 13 key announcements
Union Minister for Electronics and IT Ashwini Vaishnaw on Wednesday said that India’s semiconductor journey is moving ahead with “speed and scale”, as he highlighted 13 major announcements made at Semicon India 2025.
The IT minister said that the new collaborations and product launches “mark another leap in Bharat’s semiconductor journey” as they promote global trust, domestic innovation and strong talent base in India. “The future of chips is being shaped in India!,” Vaishnaw said.
