Peak XV MD Harshjit Sethi resigns amid ongoing top-level exodus

In another senior-level exit at venture capital firm Peak XV Partners, managing director Harshjit Sethi has stepped down, according to two people aware of the matter.
Sethi, who led the firm’s artificial intelligence (AI) investments and served on the boards of various companies, including Sarvam, tendered his resignation earlier this week. He is now expected to serve a period of gardening leave, one of the persons added. Gardening leave refers to a period when an employee, while still receiving a paycheck, stays away from the workplace during their notice period.
