Former Google exec to lead Tata Digital

Former Google executive Sajith Sivanandan will assume the role of Tata Digital chief executive officer (CEO) on September 1— also the day the Tata Group company moves from its Fort office to a new address in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi — people in the know said.

Sivanandan’s appointment as CEO comes months after Naveen Tahilyani hung up his boots in May amid a period of flux at the top deck. He will be the third CEO of the platform established in 2019. E-mail queries sent to Tata Digital on the new appointment did not elicit any response till press time.
