Microsoft co-founder shared a fresh perspective on how can one tackle the tricky and most feared job interview questions: “What are your salary expectations for this job?”. Instead of giving a specific number, Gates moved the conversation towards long-term vision. He also advised to focus on stock options and not just think about immediate cash.
