Kaynes’ Sanand OSAT set to go live by December

Mysuru-based electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and design firm Kaynes Technology’s Sanand-based outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) plant is expected to be operational by December, said Kaynes Semicon chief executive Raghu Panicker.
