Tata Electronics signs MoU with Robert Bosch GmbH to collaborate on chip packaging and manufacturing
Tata Electronics on Thursday said it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Robert Bosch GmbH to collaborate on several key areas within the electronics and semiconductor industries.
The companies said they intend to collaborate on chip packaging and manufacturing at Tata Electronics’ upcoming assembly and test unit in Assam and foundry in Gujarat.
