Reliance Jio switches to in-house 5G gear to cut costs, dependence on global vendors

Reliance Jio has started using its own network products to densify its pan-India 5G network, a move that could potentially garner significant cost savings once deployed in high volumes, and cut its dependence on global vendors, Ericsson and Nokia.
