XLRI’s first AI conclave ‘Manakriti’ explores role in business

XLRI Jamshedpur successfully hosted Manakriti: AI & Business – Transforming Strategy, Innovation and Leadership, its first AI Conclave organized by the PGDM (GM) AI Nexus Club. The event brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and AI experts to discuss AI’s impact on business strategy, leadership, and innovation. Inaugurated by Dr. (Fr.) S. George, S.J., Director, and Dr. Sanjay K. Patro, Dean (Academics), the conclave emphasized ethical AI adoption and leadership adaptation to AI-driven transformations.
