This price increase came just hours after Musk’s artificial intelligence (AI) startup, xAI released its latest AI model, Grok 3.

According to the X’s updated support page, the Premium+ plan, which provides access to Grok 3, will now cost $40 monthly (nearly an 82% increase) and $395 annually (almost 72% increase) in the US. Earlier, this plan would cost users $22 per month and $229 annually.
