Vodafone Idea share price surged over 6% in today’s trading session, hitting an intraday high of Rs 8.99 per share. This rally comes despite reports that the telecom operator has been asked by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) to provide a Rs 6,090 crore bank guarantee by March 10.
