Paytm Cloud acquires 25% stake in US-based Seven Technology

Paytm Cloud, the wholly owned subsidiary of One97 Communications (OCL) which runs fintech app Paytm, has acquired a 25% stake in Brazilian embedded finance startup Dinie for a million dollars. OCL said in a filing to stock exchanges early today.
