Union Budget 2025: Tariff cut on key electronics components to boost local manufacturing

New Delhi: The reduction of tariffs on key electronics inputs and components creates a more competitive cost structure that will strengthen domestic manufacturing, accelerate localisation and may also marginally lower prices of mobile phones, industry executives and experts said.
