Apple CEO Tim Cook announces availability of Apple Intelligence in India; here’s the timeline

Apple CEO Tim Cook has confirmed the arrival of Apple Intelligence in India. During the company’s latest earnings call, Cook said that Apple’s AI-powered suite of features is coming to India with localised language support in April. Apple Intelligence which was introduced in October 2024 with iOS 18.1 will be available in Indian English, likely as part of the iOS 18.4 update.

Initially, Apple Intelligence launched only with support for US English which later expanded to other regions like the UK and Australia.
