Canada has introduced significant updates to its immigration policies that could impact millions of workers, including a large number of Indians. Immigration Minister Marc Miller revealed that nearly five million temporary permits currently held by foreign nationals are set to expire by the end of 2025. As a result, most permit holders are expected to leave the country unless they transition to permanent residency or renew their permits.
