This pricing strategy, the lawsuit claims, effectively penalizes firms, forcing them to pay higher costs for non-Microsoft services. It further claims Microsoft exploits its dominant position in cloud-based server operating systems to charge higher prices for using its software on rival platforms. It alleges that this pricing strategy pressures customers to migrate to Azure instead.
