SC directs IBDF to move Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal against TRAI’s tariff orders

The Supreme Court on Friday asked the Indian Broadcasting and Digital Foundation (IBDF) to move the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal against the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s July tariff orders for broadcasters on offering of channels.
