Punit Goenka, the CEO of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL), has encountered a setback after shareholders blocked his reappointment as a director during the company’s annual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday. According to voting results, 50.45% of shareholders opposed the resolution.
