Bank of India UPI and ATM services not working, users complain online

Bank of India is reportedly experiencing widespread connectivity issues. The latest outage has impacted ATMs, apps, websites, net banking services, and UPI transactions as India’s second largest public sector bank’s servers appear to be down. Customers also took to social media platform X (earlier Twitter) to report how the outage affected them. These users noted that they were unable to access their accounts or make transactions. Meanwhile, others complained of being unable to use their account to make UPI transactions to transfer money, as the services claimed to be ‘temporarily unavailable’. As per the data of the outage tracking site Downdetector, over 170 reports have been registered in the last hour, with services like online banking, funds transfer, and balance checks being affected.
