Court says BSNL’s arguments arbitrary, revokes controversial order

NEW DELHI: The Delhi high court, led by Justice Sanjeev Narula, on Tuesday overturned the state-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) “cancellation order” for a contract worth Rs 235-crore awarded to Millenium Automation Private Limited (MAPL), for central billing system and internet protocol data recovery (IPDR).
