HPE inks pact to acquire Morpheus Data to bolster hybrid cloud management
NEW DELHI: Hewlett Packard Enterprises (HPE) Thursday said it has entered into an agreement to acquire Morpheus Data, a company that makes software for hybrid cloud management and platform operations.
“The acquisition of Morpheus reflects HPE’s commitment to simplify IT complexity by expanding the hybrid operations capabilities available through HPE GreenLake cloud,” HPE said in a statement.
