Microsoft to retire Paint 3D app in November this year

This development was first spotted and shared by the X (formerly Twitter) user @phantomofearth, known for leaking Windows-related information. The banner directs users to a Microsoft page about deprecated features, although Paint 3D is not currently listed there.
