Encouraging Indian Startups to come back

In order to facilitate ‘reverse-flipping’ of Indian startups, the expert committee set up in March 2023, submitted its recommendations to the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA). The report covers range of areas such as company law and regulatory aspects, taxation, Intellectual Property, listing of startups on IFSC exchanges, automation related issues, infrastructural issues, perception issues etc.
