Offshore betting & gambling websites

ESYA Center, a technology policy think tank has come out with a report titled ‘Offshore online betting and gambling in India: A Risk Assessment’. According to the report, offshore and gambling websites are violating the Indians laws by operating from the foreign jurisdictions which make them evade the enforcement actions by Indian authorities.
