Audio & Video-based Internet?

The department of telecommunications (DoT) has initiated an internal review of the implementation status of the recommendations made by groups of ministers that were formed earlier on issues concerning their respective areas of operations. As part of process, many Sectoral Group of Secretaries (SGoS) were also formed which were further assisted by number of specialized sub-groups.
