NEW DELHI: The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has directed all telecom service providers, including Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea and state-owned BSNL, to introduce the Calling Name Presentation (CNAP) service across their networks from November 1.
