Eight out of 10 new TCS hires will need to have AI skills: What is its share of AI-led work in overall revenue?

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has said that as high as 80 per cent of its new hires will be talents with digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) skills going forward.

In an interview with PTI, the company’s chief operating officer Arathi Subramanian said, “Of the 4,500 that we have added in Q2, I would say safely 25 to 30 per cent are pure AI and total about 80 per cent is new age.”
