IMC 2026: WiSig opens commercial orders for Made-in-India O-RAN 32TR MIMO radio
NEW DELHI: WiSig Networks, a Hyderabad-based 5G deep-tech communications company, said on Wednesday at the India Mobile Congress (IMC 2026) that it has opened commercial orders for its O-RAN-compliant 32TR Massive MIMO ULPI Radio Unit.
Volume shipments for the Made-in-India radio are planned for 2027. WiSig is showcasing the radio, along with its complete 5G Standalone solution, at IMC 2026.
The radio supports both Uplink Performance Improvement (ULPI) Class A and Class B standards. ULPI is an enhancement to the O-RAN ALLIANCE’s 7.2x Open Fronthaul interface for massive MIMO.
