NEW DELHI: Enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and agentic AI is reshaping the role of technology services providers in the Indian market as labour-intensive delivery models evolve into value-driven, outcome-based models, according to top industry executives.
AI and agentic AI, which allow software to autonomously execute tasks with minimal human oversight, are gradually changing workforce roles, with employees increasingly taking on supervisory positions focused on auditing, correcting, and governing AI outputs, they added.
