HCLTech software unit to buy European RPA specialist Robotiq.ai for 9 mn euros
NEW DELHI: HCLTech said on Monday that its software business division, HCLSoftware, will acquire Zagreb, Croatia-headquartered enterprise robotic process automation (RPA) specialist Robotiq.ai for an enterprise value of 9 million euros.
HCLTech said that Robotiq adds enterprise RPA capabilities that allow AI-driven workflows to automate tasks in applications where APIs are unavailable or insufficient, extending HCL UnO Agentic’s orchestration capabilities from decision-making to execution.
