“UPI now part of everyday life” : Finance Ministry as as July transactions hit 23 billion whatsapp
New Delhi [India], August 25 (ANI): The Unified Payments Interface (UPI) has become a part of everyday life for millions of Indians, with the digital payment platform recording 23 billion transactions in July, the Finance Ministry said as UPI completed 10 years of operations.
“Every scan tells a story. From students and small businesses to families and entrepreneurs, millions of Indians have embraced UPI as a part of daily life,” the ministry said in a post on X.
