Belden to buy enterprise connectivity solutions provider Ruckus in $1.85-billion deal
NEW DELHI: Network solutions supplier Belden has agreed to buy Ruckus Networks from parent Vistance in a $1.85 billion cash deal to establish a deeper presence in the enterprise connectivity domain.
The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory conditions or approvals. Belden has acquired debt financing from JP Morgan to fund the acquisition.
Ruckus provides enterprise networking solutions and presently has more than 48,000 customers globally. Its portfolio includes Wi-Fi, enterprise switching and an AI-driven cloud networking platform.
