Bharti Airtel hikes tariff of 84-day prepaid plan by 5%: Report
NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel has taken the lead in the next round of tariff hikes. The nation’s second-largest telco has increased the price of its ₹859 prepaid plan by 4.6% to ₹899, CNBC-AWAAZ reported on Monday.
Airtel has further discontinued the ₹799 prepaid pack, which offered 77-day validity with similar benefits, according to the report.
Airtel’s ₹899 prepaid pack provides 1.5GB data per day, unlimited calls, and 100 SMS daily, with a validity of 84 days, shows the latest listing on the telco’s website.
