India set to play leading role in domestic, global electronics sector: Jitin Prasada
NEW DELHI: India is set to play a leading role in the domestic and global electronics sector, on the back of enabling policies, said a top official of the Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY) on Wednesday.
“One critical sector that has outperformed others is the electronics sector, and India is set to play a very big role, not only in our domestic market but internationally as well,” Jitin Prasada, Minister of State for Electronics & IT, said at the Electronica India and Productronica India 2026 trade fair.
