CISF signs pact with Digital India Corporation for two-year IT modernisation programme
NEW DELHI: The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Digital India Corporation (DIC), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). This agreement outlines a two-year phased IT modernisation programme.
The programme aims to upgrade CISF’s technological infrastructure, strengthen data security, and improve administrative efficiency. It specifically focuses on enhancing administrative processes and personnel welfare, the CISF said on Tuesday.
