ESDS Software’s Q2FY27 PAT rises 40% on-year to ₹31 crore, revenue up 48% to ₹138 crore
NEW DELHI: AI ecosystem and IT services provider ESDS Software Solution on Monday reported a 40.7% year-on-year increase in profit after tax (PAT) to ₹31.09 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026.
Revenue from operations rose 48% year-on-year and 4% quarter-on-quarter to ₹138.34 crore in Q2 FY27, delivering a PAT margin of 22.5%.
EBITDA grew 18.3% year-on-year to ₹57.76 crore with an EBITDA margin of 41.8%, while earnings per share stood at ₹2.83 compared to ₹2.92 in Q1 FY27, registering a sequential decline of 3.08%.
